Jackson Panin

Jackson joined Mainsprings in 2014 as a waiter at Papa’s Café and Bungalows. In 2015, Jackson moved into the role of “Head Server”, putting him in charge of all Front of House responsibilities. In 2017, Jackson was promoted to Papa’s Manager He now supervises all guest preparations, food production, service, cleanliness, ordering, etc. He knows the ins and outs of all things related to service and cooking. In his spare time, Jackson loves to read, going to Church, playing card games. He also loves to cook and learn new recipes, and loves doing business.
