Alexis Crump is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois. She is Chair of the National Commercial Lending Practice and Vice-Chair of the National Corporate and National Italy Practices. Alexis has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, real estate, municipal finance and mergers and acquisitions. She represents private equity groups, lending institutions, developers and public entities in the sale and financing of various commercial, retail, industrial, infrastructure and residential real estate projects throughout the United States. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Berkeley and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown Law. During her years at the University
of California, Berkeley she was a Goldman School of Public Policy Alfred P. Sloan Fellow and her academic focus as an undergraduate was African politics. Alexis serves on the boards of Mending Kids International, WordTheatre and the Beverly Hills West Chapter of the Links, Inc. Alexis, her husband Douglas Davis and son Nathaniel are fueled by changing young lives for the better, and Mainsprings has opened new avenues for her family to make a difference for so many.
